From the safe game, choose the "hand" and "open the safe".
Once the door has opened and Donna's speech bubble is visible, the outer half of the safe door keeps flickering.
As soon as the speech bubble is gone, the flickering part of the safe door is too.

Seems to have to do with overlay (or objects).

If i bring up the inventory "window" (while the autograph is still in the safe), the safe door is back at flickering, once the inventory "window" is gone, so is the outer half of the door again.

After picking up the autograph the outer half of the door stays gone.

Adding another instance from Doug's playthrough as i'm pretty sure they are all related.

Lowering priortiy as well as these are only cosmetic glitches.

from the save game, just walk north, let the scene play and once Doug and the monk are out, the monk's right arm will flicker as long as his speech bubble is visible.
