PARALLACTION: Nippon - "Door keeper" hotspot still interactable until dialogue tree is empty

From the save game, talk to the door keeper, choose the bottom option, see him run.
After he left, his hotspot is still interactable with, all initial options (as if you first entered the hotel) are usable.
If you get another pen and paper (bottom option), the available options change, the bottom one (the one you already used) is gone, the other two can be chosen.
Now the fun part, if you took both other options and the dialogue tree is empty, the hotspot is also cleared.

Not sure if this is a genuine game bug, but i doubt it.
