Add a "clear" command to the general debugger

Description
ScummVM's debugger gets easily over flooded and seems to have a limit of lines before it doesn't let you scroll back.
Can you add to it a simple clear command similar to Clear (Unix) and CLS (command)?

I also actually was wishing this existed. I’d like to take this on with a patch. I think this functionality can be part of the debugger/console general code this way it’s available to all game debuggers.
