Description
Tested with a CVS-snapshot of the win32-build from 12th of December, 2003.
When lending the bum in Miami the book, he gives you his whiskey and goes in the corner to start dancing. But that doesn't happen. Instead he justs stands there. After ordering a ticket he has started his dancing.
Savegame attached is from before book was given to the bum. Bug was reproduced every time.
