You have to restructure your files like this: https://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php?title=Myst_III:_Exile, which does mean you have to copy them to your hard drive :(, oh well.

Although it's understandable that the game is not recognized when things are in the "wrong place", I think it's a bug causing the dialog makes it appear you have an odd copy when it's just files in the wrong spot.

Or dear, when I closed the ticket I assigned it to myself. Well, I'll close it again, as I think nobody will see it as they probably think I am working on it. Oh well, I am sure someone else will have this issue.
They is no way to 'add anyways' with this game.
