Use scaler to mouse cursor

When I run game with turned on Scaler (e.g. Scaler: PM) and select some item in inventory
than selected item is not rescaled:
Please add support scaling for selected item.

At the moment, only the Normal and AdvMame scalers support scaling the cursors, and the backend will fall back on the Normal scaler if scaling the cursor isn’t supported.
