Separate Full Screen setting for GUI and Games

Description
It would be great to have a setting to keep the launcher in windowed mode when checking fullscreen mode in the graphic options. Right now you need to go into each game individually and override the global graphic settings to configure full screen mode for the game while leaving the launcher in windowed mode.
