I think that Max should yawn only after some time of player's inactivity, but as I was playing the game, it happened several times during an active gameplay.

This is not easy to reproduce, but I think this issue is still in the game. You may for example load an attached savegame and walk for a few minutes up and down several stairs in this location. Sometimes Max yawns immediately as he reaches top or bottom of the stairs. I tested it on Windows 10, ScummVM 2.6.0git1871
