     7Edit: Here's another blind playthrough, where the player tries every other output pipe first, before they try the correct (third) one:

     10English version again. The game is not stuck.

     12The fourth output pipe controls a small fountain(?) near the bottom of the asylum area, it's supposed to blow the manhole cover up -- but I am not seeing that manhole cover in your save game. Maybe that's what glitched?
