IRC Logs Timestamp Issue

Description
On https://logs.scummvm.org/ -- Both on Text and HTML, the timestamps for messages are about 6 to 7 minutes out from GMT. For example on https://logs.scummvm.org/log.php?log=scummvm.log.06Nov2021&format=text where the logs state I joined at 08:59AM, and wrote my first message at 09:00AM, this is incorrect, the actual timestamps were 09:05:03 and 09:06:33.

I've just checked the logs today, and this issue still persists, although the gap between the timestamp of the messages posted in the channel to the timestamp shown on the logs, is now about 10 minutes out from GMT.
