MACOS: Can't map Command and Fn keys

Description

I have a MacBook with MacOS 10.15.7.

In Options -> Keymaps I'm able to map most keys. But not Command and Fn. If I press them, nothing happens.

I have no issue on my mac MacBook to map an action to F6 or to Cmd+a for example.

Or do you mean that you want to map the Fn or the Command key on their own?
