Description
Hello,
noticed that ScummVM (Universal Version and executed as M1 app) on my MBP M1 launches task "dock extra" in x86 mode instead of Apple Silicon Mode.

The issue existed with the 2.5.0 release, but was fixed in the 2.5.1 release.
I have also just pushed a change so that the dock plugin is built with the correct architecture by default (for the 2.5.1 release I had to do it manually).
