Description

Gemini Rue :

You can see it in the attachment file. When you click ESC and than "Optionen" there is this text: "Deadalic Entertai" and this shouldn't be there. Deadalic Entertainment is the german publisher for the game. But I don't know why it appears here.

Does this still occur? I don't have the physical release and I can't reproduce the bug using the
GOG German version.

No answer from the OP, however as this is a purely cosmetic issue affecting only a specific
edition I'm dropping priority.

The same issue remains in the latest ScummVM version (game ID: 'geminirue-de'). The game works fine when run natively. My version is running AGS v3.21.1111.

Furthermore, it looks as if the mentioned text sometimes appears randomly at hotspots (see attachment file).

Maybe this is helpful as well. When I start the game with the debug window, I see this:

Okay, the lastest ScummVM build doesn't have this issue anymore! =)

There are still some things that doesn't look right, but these are issues that are in the newest AGS version 3.6.2 as well. So... not a ScummVM-only bug. Because of that I'll close this issue.

You can read more about the Gemini Rue issues here: https://github.com/adventuregamestudio/ags/issues/2764

Hope they will fix that...
