ULTIMA 8: Pressing Esc to skip intro movie opens menu instead

Description
In DOSBox, the intro movie can be skipped by pressing Esc. In ScummVM, this opens the pause menu with a placeholder name instead of the player's name.

I just pushed 31a2797 which should fix this and I think all the behavior around movies etc is right now. Please let me know if you see any other problems like this.

Thanks for the report, I agree it would be nicer to exactly match the original behaviour here.
