AGS: Issue with pop-up graphics and texts (multiple games affected)

In many AGS games that feature "pop-up" graphics (for close-up views or full-screen inventory like sam & max), texts are drawn behind these graphics. It goes without saying that such descriptions/dialogues are unusable (unless a game features voiceovers...)

Some examples (see screenshots):

"A date in the park": when examining the photo in the inventory. The photo appears and then two textboxes render in the background.

"Beacon": Descriptions of inventory items appear behind the inventory box.

"Breakage": Same thing, the situation here is even worse since the inventory is full-screen

"Feria d'Arles": Same thing, descriptions appear behind your backpack that acts as the inventory box

"Kathy Rain": Bug affects multiple locations:

• When examining inventory items while the tape recorder is shown or while using the phone;
• When using the hospital computer, her portait is shown and the speech is played but no text is shown;
• During the mausoleum puzzle

"Technobabylon": Text renders behind the semi-transparent textbox and is very hard to read.

Using ScummVM 2.6.0pre1-gd1ccb3b4cbb (Jun 6 2022 04:44:10), all the listed problems seem to be solved, unfortunately there are a few other issues. I'm going to close this and open some game-specific bugreports.
