GRIM: Rendering difference with OpenGL with shaders

Description
I just noticed that with the OpenGL with shaders renderer, there is a thin blue line above the opening of the message tube in the first room. That's not there with the plan OpenGL or TinyGL renderers. See attached screenshots.
I've only tested this under Linux.

opengl with shaders
this happens with many moving objects: elevator doors, etc.
does not appear in "opengl"

Checking what is described in this ticket, I noticed a very thin blue line but I think this ticket can be closed. Having just played the Year 1 of the game, I noticed several more visible artifacts.

I think I saw this always. I think it's precision for z-buffer.
