Crusader: No Remorse - Num Pad Keys do not change with capslock

Description
In Crusader: No Remorse, many gamers prefer the Numeric Keypad movement, as you can control the entire game with pretty much just one hand. This is not available in ScummVM without extensively remapping the keys. It would be nice if we could have the keys that are available in the manual of Crusader: No Remorse without needing to remap each and every key in the game.

I have now implemented basic numpad support in 9c87b81, but it doesn't change state with capslock. I think that's better than nothing, but I'll leave this ticket open as a reminder that it needs a more "complete" fix.

Agreed these should be mapped by default to match the original. I've been developing on a laptop so far so was pretty lazy about mapping numpad keys.
