WME3D: rendering does not support screen size change

VERSION: Windows 10 x64, nightly build
- Start any Wintermute 2.5D game in windowed mode
- Change window size with a mouse
EXPECTED RESULT: Window size is changed, the viewport fits the window
ACTUAL RESULT: Window mode is changed, but viewport size is still the same - game is rendered at lower-left corner of the window.
There is a message:
WARNING: BaseRenderOpenGL3D::onWindowChange not yet implemented!

wme3d is not completed yet and also not supported yet

This is the exact same behaviour i *tried* to explain and reported in #11160, thank you for confirming :-)
