Hoyle2 (Hoyle Official Book of Games: Volume 2) runs in the Windows 64-bit release of 2.5.0; I just confirmed it by adding and launching the game.
It's been four months so I'm closing this. johnghilg, please feel free to re-open this ticket with more details if you're still having problems.

Please provide more information. I assume you mean Hoyle's Official Book of Games: Volume 2 - there is no game called "Hoyle Card Games 2".
What do you mean by "not running"? Which version is this? (for DOS, I assume)
