ULTIMA4: Dungeon Combat always skips the first character

When combat starts, the first character to get a turn is always the character in the #1 position. This is true on both the main map and in dungeons.
In ScummVM, when you start combat in a dungeon, the first character to get a turn is always the character in the #2 position. This means that, if you're on a combat screen where the entire party needs to travel through a narrow tunnel, the first character blocks the other characters from moving, and I need to cycle through all of the other party members until I get control of the first character and can move.
