DS: No virtual keyboard

Description
The DS port used to have a custom virtual keyboard which was removed in the recent rewrite. It should be possible to replace it with the generic virtual keyboard code, however the default packs are too big for the 256x192 overlay used by the DS backend, so a custom one would be needed.
