AGS: Blackwell Legacy: Wrong VO plays in some cases

Description
In The Blackwell Legacy (Steam, Win), there are some instances where the wrong voice lines plays over a subtitle. Some examples I caught in a playthrough:
Asking Adrian (the RA in the student dorm) about Davenport, Rosa says "Thanks anyway" where the subtitles read "Know anything about the name Davenport?"
When trying to pick up the keys in the Bellevue hospital, Rosa says "I don't need any more of these keys" where the subtitles read "What, with the guard watching me?"

This could use a savegame for comparison purposes as well. Since there hasn't been any reply to criezy's question, I'm changing the ticket's status to pending

Are those a bug in ScummVM or in the game script? Have you checked if the issue also happens with the original?
