MI1: Palette cycling issues

There appear to now be colour cycling issues in the kitchen in the scumm bar, and also in the Fort on monkey island, which now cause the whole screen to cycle its palette.
This using version 0.5.3cvs. Seemed to be okay in the latest stable release.

ScummVM 0.5.3cvs (Aug 31 2003 22:24:07) This also happens in the chirch. I can reproduce this only in the VGA version, but not in EGA or enhanced CD. I also saw sort of this in the Amiga demo: Guybrush and the inventory is cycling in the Scumm Bar and in the town the same happens, but this time including all actors. All those rooms are not supposed to color cycle at all.
