KYRA: Updates to KYRA.DAT file for Chinese & Korean releases

Description
In order for these games to run, engine data needs to be extracted to KYRA.DAT. The create_kyradat tool is not straightforward to use and requires knowledge of the binary file format.
Games still missing:
- Kyra1 (Chinese & Korean)
- Kyra2 (Chinese)
- EoB2 (Chinese)

Do we claim anywhere on our compatibility page that we support these versions?
Yes, the support level for the DOS versions games is listed as Excellent on the compatibility page. However, the page does specify the following:
Please note this list applies to the English versions of games. We attempt to test many versions of games, however there areoccasionally problems with other languages.
These games may represent some of these occasional problems. I would say that "problem" could be another word for "defect", but if you like, we can change the ticket type to enhancement here instead.
