With Windows MIDI selected as the music device, the startup jingle doesn't stop after reaching its end but keeps looping through all the startup screens until the title animation.

In fact the last change made this invalid behavior prevalent. As the description says the music should _not_ loop anywhere. It's played only once in the original.

Confirmed with today's daily build, the jingle only plays once as it should.

Correction to the report: The music plays and loops with any of the AdLib emulators selected as the music device as well. It's just that their volume is so low I didn't notice it earlier.
