EMI: When switching sets wrong setup is rendered breifly

I only see this when compiled in release mode. It seems that because the code defaults to the first setup, residual is able to render a few frames before lua can ask to change the setup.

Verified, see for instance when the video that leads to the Petrified Forest completes.

This does happen in EMI when changing from the mansion to the street on Meleé Island.
