GUI: Selecting <default> for the Graphics Stretch Mode does not revert to default setting

Description (last modified by )
Tested on Android and Linux (Ubuntu).
From ScummVM Launcher, Options... -> Graphics tab.
Default seems to be "Fit to Window"
If I modify the Stretch Mode to "Stretch to Window" or "Center" and "Apply" the change, the GUI adjusts accordingly. However, if subsequently I choose <default> and "Apply" it, the UI is not adjusted back to "Fit to Window". It retains the previous setting.
As a current workaround exiting ScummVM and re-launching fixes this, meaning the default setting gets applied then (Fit to Window).
This was noticed for this particular Options setting, but other settings could be affected.
