Make this tracker mobile friendly

Description
This tracker is currently not readable in mobile. I presume it's because you assume submitters are more likely to use computers.
But will you consider at very least adding to the <head> section of every page the basic mobile code of:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">
It should take you just a second to add it and it shall give minimal readability when viewing tickets.
See in the screenshot how much better (relatively) it looks when I added it manually.
Then in the future maybe add more direct support.

The site has at least basic readability in mobile if you add the standard mobile declaration

Making the tracker slightly better on mobile will not help resolve the fact that Trac is not set up for mobile web. Unfortunately, this is not a road I think we should follow.

In that case you should write (in proper mobile view) "please switch to Desktop".
If you want people to switch to desktop, I don't think hurting their eyes and annoying them enough until they do so is the the best policy.
The site is currently unreadable in mobile
