Daily ScummVM Snapshot for Windows crashes on missing discord-rpc.dll

Description
When running a freshly installed daily snapshot for Windows from here, I get the following error:
scummvm.exe - System Error The code execution cannot proceed because discord-rpc.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
The version I tried is from September 2, 2020, 10:43 am.

I added the missing file to the installer package (due to an error in the .iss file that contains the instructions for how to build the setup file) the DLL was only included on 32bit installs, not on 64bit systems - fixed.
