Blazing Dragons: Background talking should be canceled in favor of main actor

Description
In the original game, when the main actor starts a conversation, all non main actor voices gets cancelled. Within ScummVM the voices does not get cancelled, resulting in main actor voice samples to be skipped/overlapped.
I created two videos for comparison, the PSX is harder to recognize, as audio get cancelled.
