GLK: Every game - Quits after ten minutes

Description

ScummVM 2.2.0git (Aug 19 2020 10:53:01)
Features compiled in: Vorbis FLAC MP3 RGB zLib MPEG2 Theora AAC A/52 FreeType2 FriBiDi JPEG PNG cloud (servers, local)

After ten minutes of a game running (no matter if i just let it sit there or if i'm in the middle of typing) every (tested by me, engine unspecific) GLK based game silently quits ScummVM.

With the example of Zork Zero i get this in the console:
User picked target 'zork0' (engine ID 'glk', game ID 'zork0')...

Looking for a plugin supporting this target... Glk

Could open file for writing - zork0.000!

There is a file "zork0.000" created in my saves/ path with a size of 630 bytes. But why does it quit?

This is a real blocker.
Every game within the GLK tree is affected.

Not sure how to properly fix ZCode autosaves for now, so for the time being I'm disabling autosaves for them.
