CRUISE: Add Amiga sound support

Description
This is just a request to add support to the Amiga version of CRUISE FOR A CORPSE. It was actually the original version of the game and had far superior music and sound effects. (The DOS version had some scenes re-painted in 256 colours, but they were done after the fact.)
It would be lovely to hear the original soundtrack again.
