When at promenade deck moving to fan control panel hangs the game. Sounds do play etc. but the game becomes completely unresponsive and the flock of starlings never gets drawn on screen. Only control working is PS-button. HDD led keeps flashing so it loading something,.
After the flock of starlings is gone, the promenade deck doesn't freeze anymore - I did the stuff with the fan on PC, the bounced the save back to Vita and finished the game without further issues.
How to repeat: Load the supplied savefile (named bug-vita) and move forward towards the control panel.

Tested on both latest official Vita version and couple of dailies, latest from today (6th of July 2020)
