scummvm-2.1.1-win32 and scummvm-2.1.2-win32 no longer work in Windows XP 32 bit

Versions scummvm-2.1.1-win32 and scummvm-2.1.2-win32 no longer work in Windows XP 32 bit and ReactOS. They crash instead.

The last good version is 2.1.0. It works in ReactOS and Windows XP 32 bit

While crash in Windows XP version scummvm-2.1.2-win32 still works in Windows 7.

So you have broken WinXP support

Note: This is for Windows 2003 and ReactOS, _not_ for Windows XP. XP support is still there.
