Graphics: Game crashes after switching windows in full screen mode

Description
When I start a game in full screen mode, then switch to other window (with alt+tab) and return to the game, it silently crashes.
There is nothing in scummvm.log
I'm running Windows 10, master from git.
Tried it on PQ-SWAT, SQ3 and Zak.

If you're building using Visual Studio and the scummvm_libs.zip from the wiki site, then it's a known bug in the earlier version of SDL2 included with the zip. It's since been fixed, but no-one's gotten around to updating the zip yet.
