Can't log out from this bug tracker — at Version 3

This bug tracker works through GitHub, but when you try yo click the "Logout" link at the top of the screen, it displays an error message.
I think if login works, so should logout.
The (also attached) error message is the following:
Error: Bad Request
Missing or invalid form token. Do you have cookies enabled?
