I am experiencing the exact same crashing issue as detailed in the provided link. I tried this on the retroarch version of scummvm, as well as a standalone version, if it makes a difference. Error code and details are exactly the same, as well as the steps to replicate it.

The Dig crashes once Boston begins to walk up the outside of the first column (just after taking his first tram ride and passing by the fossil on the seashore).
