BLADERUNNER: McCoy disappears when thrown in NR01 by Hanoi

This seems to happen only when McCoy tries three (3) times to enter Early Q's office (top left in NR03) while Hanoi is there, telling him not to.
The animation of being thrown out will not play (McCoy is invisible), but when McCoy "lands", he will appear on the ground. One player reported that McCoy disappeared completely during this sequence:
Related possible bugs:
- Clicking is not disabled while being thrown in this case, and if the player clicks the mouse, McCoy may teleport to the bottom right of the NR01 scene.
- After throwing him out for this specific reason, subsequent attempts to enter the office while Hanoi is there don't produce further dialogue (McCoy just stops before entering, and Hanoi will say nothing)
- Hanoi is not facing McCoy when speaking to him.
