Expose Humongous ini settings in game options

Description
The various Humongous games have more or less documented options set by manually editing ini files. These options should be exposed in the game edit dialog.
Examples of settings include:
- Turning on debugging functionality
- Turning on easter eggs
- Setting trigger dates for birthday greetings

We do support those when added manually to scummvm.ini. But adding up to 37 (!) settings per game is not practical.
