TOLTECS: Missing Czech language version support

Czech version of 3 Skulls of the Toltecs can't be added to library and played.

Language: Czech (subtitles)
Version: original localised CD (can provide ISO or data file if needed)

This should have been fixed by merging ​https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/pull/1932

@Afbu: This only adds a detection entry for the Czech variant. It does not necessarily ensure that this plays without issues. Can you confirm if you have played through the game fine?

I will set this bug pending for now.

@digitall: I don't believe there are any changes except translations and textures for characters used in Czech language and those are working exactly as in original DOS version. I can confirm that I have completed the game in ScummVM version I compiled from repo without any problems.
