Description

When in room 68, trying to interact (walk to / use / look / talk) with the dog bowl, sends Guybrush off endlessly towards the clouds.

To reproduce:

  1. Start the game.
  2. Pick either path.
  3. Press ESC until you gain control over Guybrush.
  4. Open debugger (CTRL-D)
  5. Type room 68
  6. Click on the dog bowl.

Tried it with the 2.2.0git version, but clicking on the dog's bowl makes Guybrush walk to it normally. The bug may have already been fixed.

I am still able to reproduce this on my machine (Windows 10), with the 2.3.0 git version.
Let me know if I can help with debugging this.

I also updated to 2.3.0git now, but still can't reproduce it on my Windows 10. Are you sure your files aren't corrupt?

I managed to reproduce this with the original interpreter, so perhaps it's my version.
I'll buy the GOG version and see if it's any different.

Doesn't reproduce for me with GOG version and latest ScummVM.

@OmerMor Perhaps you can post the MD5sum of the directory containing the COMI files. Then we can rule out file corruption.
