XEEN: Unable to open Sarcophagus in Northen Sphinx

Description

The sarcophagusses (sarcophagi?) in the northern sphinx should be openable with a strength of around 50-80-something. According to my memory (hazy) and various walkthroughs on the internet (not-so-hazy)

However, my 120+ strength knight can't seem to move the lid even one millimetre

Hm. maybe I was wrong. With 170 might I can open that coffin. Maybe my memory and both these guides are wrong

Seems like this is a known script bug, judging from one of the walkthroughs I found online. The script incorrectly tests just the temporary/extra might granted by wells, and not the character's base strength. So basically you could only open them if you'd drunk from a might well/fountain of at least +40. This is obviously a bug, since a character with over a 100 strength should definitely have no issues opening it, so I've applied a script patch
