BASS - Cannot perform actions when already at action locatio

Description
If Foster has already moved to the place where an action is to be performed he will be unable to perfrom any actions unless moved away from the location first.
This happens consistantly throughout the game, at least as far as i've played
BASS, CD Talkie, English Windows XP (patched up to date)

I think this was fixed yesterday. (Fortunately it should work in 0.5.0.)
