GUI: Options Misc tab doesn't fit in lowres mode

Description
When running in Normal graphics mode (no scaling), the checkboxes in the Misc tab are cropped at the bottom and can't be reached.
Other tabs have scrollbars.
Version: 2.1.0git5412-g8c02fd9ae8 (Win32 daily build)
