Description
The title is preatty self-explenatory.
Emulators likes Dolphin, ppsspp, reicast (the retroarch core), and others, can dump graphics from the games and load back user-enhanced versions of the same.
It would be amazing do it with scummvm. Imagine "curse of monkey Island" with graphics upscaled by AI (esrgan, topaz or others) retain the style of the original, but in HD glory; or imagine a game like Loom redrawn today.

This sounds very nice, but it is a very general change and not really something for a bug report.
If you want to look at some code for this in a specific engine, then I am sure the team would consider merging the patch or pull request.
