Description
myst me.
The behavior in scummvm is the same as the original engine.
Mechanical Age: The blue page has a heavy green tint
Stoneage: Both pages look like a checker board with their color and the color white. Most notable for the blue page. Limited palette?
More noticeable in scummvm because original resolution can be scaled.

This is a tricky issue. While we do try and patch bugs in the original engines where possible and practical, especially when game-breaking... Fixing up cosmetic or minor color variations when they occurred in the original is much more borderline i.e. fidelity to the original vs. improvement arguments.
I think we could maybe fix this by using the Cursor resources from one age for both to give consistency, but maybe they were changed for a reason i.e. poor contrast on the cards where the pages are found?
Overall, I would tend to WONTFIX, but will leave open for now in case any of the MOHAWK engine devs wants to take a look at this.
P.S. An in-universe explanation for this could be that different ages have different "Suns" and the color of objects does vary from that ;-)
Blue page contrast. Left is mech age right is selentic
