SCI: PHANT2: Missing implementation of kInputText[4b] crashes obscure easter eggs

Description
There is a surprising number of easter eggs in Phantasmagoria, most of them next to impossible to discover. See for instance http://sierrachest.com/index.php?a=games&id=41&title=phantasmagoria-2&fld=eggs for a list of them.
Two of them do not currently work in ScummVM, both triggering messages like this:
WARNING: Dummy function kInputText[4b] invoked. Params: 3 (0016:015d, 0031:88a8, 0000:000f)! Kernel function was called, which was considered to be unused - see log for details!
The first one is triggered by logging into your work computer as Jocilyn or Therese and use the password "xxx".
The second one is triggered by using your wallet on the diploma in Dr. Harburg's office.

Fixed in 2df444cecbb509d2a37c53ec6decf8c31dd02fe8 with a disproportionate amount of engine code for such silly easter eggs. (I wouldn't have it any other way!)
This should be the savegame for the first easter egg.
