XEEN: Hanging notes in AdLib music

Description

Instruments with a long sustain seem to get stuck until the channel receives a subsequent note; this is quite noticeable in the title screen music.

ScummVM version: ScummVM 2.1.0git2173-gd6e6aca7e3
OS: Arch Linux 4.16.9-1 x86_64

Using World of Xeen 2-CD talkie from GOG.

This difference may be due to ScummVM implementing the game's Adlib sound driver, whereas the GOG version uses the Sound Blaster drivers by default, which has more flexibility in sound generation. I'm not quite as sure about it as I am about the other ticket for fountain sounds (really, FX #20 called for any spell-like effect), so I'm going to leave it open.
