When you have an SGT room that is on the bottom (rooms 1-6) and you have finished the SGT puzzle if you are on your bed and you leave the transition video out of the room will show some black spots.
Doesn't happen in the original. I checked in the original by also observing the transition video of an SGT room on the bottom level.
