XEEN: CD-ROM animation incorrect

Description
The main menu (or rather, the screen just before the main menu) features a spinning CD at the bottom, between the two E's of "XEEN".
This CD animation seems to skip a part of its frames, it looks quite jerky. It should look a lot smoother.
I have attached a small video to show how the animation currently looks.
